Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling subscriptions and requesting refunds.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@growthbridgeenterprises.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

Refunds

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. Renewals are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of billing error.

Custom development

Refunds for custom projects follow the terms of the project agreement. Work already completed is billable.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your card issuer.
