Software License Agreement
Your rights to use GrowthBridge software products.

License grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the subscribed software for your internal business purposes during the subscription term.
Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to access source code except as permitted by law.
Ownership
The software remains the property of GrowthBridge Enterprises LLC. You retain ownership of the business data you enter.
Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical.
Termination
The license ends when your subscription ends or if you materially breach these terms. You may export your data before termination.
Warranty disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
